At Fetchy, we want to make sure that our service is always fast, reliable, and of high quality. That's why we have a Fair Use Policy (FUP). This policy helps prevent people from using our service inappropriately, which could slow things down or cause other issues.
Users are required to use Fetchy tools in a reasonable and responsible manner, and they must adhere to certain limits and restrictions imposed by OpenAI, our partner company. The guidelines listed below outline these requirements for all users. Our fair usage policy is designed to enable genuine users to comfortably meet their needs, while also fulfilling certain conditions outlined below. We also assure that our services operate fairly for all users and provide the best possible user experience. This means that every user should receive high-quality service in a fair and impartial manner. If one user overuses the service, it could negatively impact the speed and quality of service for other users.
Our goal is to prevent automated and robotic behavior and maintain the safety of our service and our partners. To prevent any misuse of our services, we expect that users will not use our AI tools to generate more than 40 pieces of content per day as per their subscription plan. Usage beyond these limits will be considered abnormal and may be subject to additional scrutiny. However, Fetchy may adjust these limits based on a user's overall usage patterns from both the previous and current months, allowing for some flexibility.
Furthermore, our AI engine prohibits certain use cases, such as sharing login credentials of unlimited accounts for financial gain, which is considered an illegal activity. Each subscription is intended for a single user, and multiple users are not permitted to access the service using one login account. Our system automatically detects such behavior and temporarily adjusts certain parameters in response to abnormal, heavy usage patterns within a short time frame. If this occurs, you may experience a decline in output quality, which typically resolves itself upon the renewal of your monthly cycle.
Moreover, if we detect any abnormally high usage or illegal activity related to sharing login credentials, we reserve the right to block or permanently delete your account without prior notice. We will not accept any claims or refund requests related to such actions. By using our service, you acknowledge that any claims or disputes related to this matter, raised by you or your bank, will be automatically rejected.
If you subscribe to our Services, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you may not, except if expressly permitted:
- Engage in any use, including modification, copying, redistribution, publication, display, performance, or retransmission, of any portions of any Services, other than as expressly permitted by this Policy and the End User License Agreement, without the prior written consent of Fetchy, which consent Fetchy may grant or refuse in its sole and absolute discretion.
- Reconstruct or attempt to discover any source code or algorithms of the Services, or any portion thereof, by any means whatsoever.
- Provide, or otherwise make available, the Services to any third party.
- Intercept any data not intended for you.
- Damage, reveal, or alter any user’s data, or any other hardware, software, or information to another person or entity.
You also agree that you will not provide content or upload any content that:
- is in breach of applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, this Policy, our Legal Terms, a legal duty, or that promotes or facilitates fraud or illegal activities;
- is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, contains sexually explicit material, or is otherwise objectionable (as determined by us);
- is discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
- bullies, intimidates, humiliates, or insults any person;
- promotes, facilitates, or assists anyone in promoting and facilitating acts of terrorism;
- and infringes, or assists anyone in infringing, a third party's intellectual property rights or publicity or privacy rights.

Fetchy is under no obligation to monitor users' activities, and we disclaim any responsibility for any user's misuse of the Services. Fetchy has no responsibility for any user or other content created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible on or through the Services, and is not obligated to monitor or exercise any editorial control over such material. If Fetchy becomes aware that any such provided content violates this Policy, Fetchy may, in addition to removing such content and blocking your account, report such breach to the police or appropriate regulatory authority. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, Fetchy disclaims any obligation to any person who has not entered into an agreement with Fetchy for the use of the Services.
